ABSTRACT
Thoracic aortic aneurysm is an incidental finding and usually remains asymptomatic. But if undiagnosed can be lethal due to diverse complications of aortic aneurysm like aortic rupture, aortic dissection and aortopulmonary fistula. Here we report a rare case of pulmonary artery dissection with aortopulmonary fistula associated with thrombosed thoracic aortic aneurysm.
